Introduction:
3 c authentication of all known as the "mandatory product certification system", it is the Chinese government to protect consumers' personal safety and national security, enhance product quality management, in accordance with the laws and regulations to implement a product conformity assessment system.
The so-called 3C Certification is the Chinese Compulsory product Certification system, the English name China Compulsory Certification, the English abbreviation CCC.
In 2001, the Chinese government for wto accession commitments, released on December 3rd, mandatory product certification system, from May 1, 2002, the state began to accept the first batch of 19 categories of 132 kinds of products included in the mandatory product catalog application for certification, it is the Chinese government in accordance with the relevant wto agreements and the international prevailing rules, to protect consumers and plant and animal life safety, protect environment, protect national security, in accordance with the laws and regulations on the implementation of a product conformity assessment system.
The CCC certification mark is divided into four categories.
The current "CCC" certification marks are divided into four categories:
1.CCC+S safety certification mark;
2.CCC+EMC EMC certification mark;
3.CCC+S&E safety and emc certification mark;
4.CCC+F fire certification mark;
CCC certification process:
The mode of authentication is mainly: type test + initial factory inspection + supervision after obtaining evidence.

3C compulsory certification product testing provides a list of documents:
The following information shall be provided when testing the products:
Sample registration form;
CCC application details;
Product description;
Product specifications;
Product maintenance manual;
Product circuit diagram (including schematic diagram and printed circuit layout);
The difference between the main delivery model and the coverage model in the same application unit;
The list of key components related to the safety of the product and the main parts that have an impact on the emc performance;
Copy of product key safety component certificate;
Product's CB test certificate and report (if any);
The use of authorization for trademark use (if any);
Factory overview:
Production status (the production scale, capacity and production history of the application);
List of key production equipment of the factory;
The factory's main inspection equipment list (including: name, model, specification, quantity, accuracy, verification cycle, etc.).
Changes to the certification certificate.
If the following changes are made to the product, the application shall be submitted to the certification body:
(1) increase/decrease the certification products within the same unit;
(2) change of key parts, raw materials, structures, manufacturing processes and suppliers of the licensed products;
(3) the product's trademark, the client, manufacturer or factory information (name and/or address, quality assurance system, etc.) change;
(4) other changes that affect the certification requirements.
The certification authority shall verify the above changes and confirm the validity of the original certification results for the certification change;
In case of need, supplementary testing and/or factory guarantee capability review for the differences;
After qualification, confirm that the original certificate is valid and/or renew the certificate.
